While volume one of Elf Quotes contained all the elf sayings from the first 37 of the Silver Elves' books (all of the side-quotes in their books that were published throughout the years to that date), volume two contains quotes from their four latest books published since the time of the first volume, the daily quotes they publish on Facebook, along with the largest majority of the quotes in this book being shared and published for the first time. Elf quotes from inside the book: "The Elves Say: You may go forward or backward, sideways or just seem to stand still, but still you are moving with the dance of the stars." "Elfin is surrounded by a sea of love, encompassed by a sky of near infinite possibility, exists in a forest of mystery and is ground on a tradition that is older than history and nearly as old as time." "The Elven Golden Rule: Do unto others more intelligently than they have done unto you."

Although few in number, elves produce the most skillful and deadly warriors of all the races. Renowned for their archery and agility, they are mostly associated with hit-and-run tactics; however, they should not be underestimated in open battle. From an initial examination of the fighting methods of the individual elf warrior, this lavishly illustrated volume goes on to reveal how they do battle in small companies and in vast armies. It covers all of their troop types, from their famed bowmen and swordmasters to their lightning-fast cavalry, making special note of regional variations and highly specialized fighters such as war mages and rendering a colorful panoramic view of the elfin way of war.

Living the Personal Myth was written by Zardoa Silverstar of the Silver Elves. It is a unique narrative about a psychological study of the magic of living one's personal myth, in effect, making one's dream and vision of one's self come true by living it. It is a personal guide to becoming one's true s'elf as one inwardly knows one's s'elf to be. What makes this book particularly interesting is that the author considers himself to be an elf, yet he has an astute scientific mind that he uses to psychologically examine his identification with the otherkin world. He explores his personal myth and life as an elf and demonstrates how basing one's myth on real events in one's life empowers one's myth and one's magic. Whatever or whoever you are, this book is a potent guide to realizing one's genuine, and potentially powerful, magical and fantastic, nature. The author uses dream work techniques, oracle readings, and active imagination to take us through a depth psychology exploration of his own experience in the individuation process of becoming a whole person whose unconscious and conscious elements are integrated and who is a unique individual. Much of the material in this book is based on a depth process study he conducted at Sonoma State University in the Depth Psychology Department in 2005. This work suggests "Personal Myth" to be an understanding of the self that incorporates the symbolic, imaginal and fantasy elements of the unconscious and accepts them as real within their own realms of being. It is the author's belief that the Personal Myth is the unconscious' understanding of the individual spirit's Cosmic aspirations and potentialities. In that way, Personal Myth is seen as the personality of the unconscious and of the individual's spirit.

Magic is something unauthorised, an alternative perhaps, even a deliberate cultivation of dark, evil powers. But for the Anglo-Saxon age, the neat division between mainstream and occult, rational and superstitious, Christian and pagan is not always easy to discern. To maintain its authority, the church drew a formal line and outlawed a number of dubious practices, such as divination, spells, and folk healing while at the same time conducting very similar rituals itself. It would seem that there was a convergence of the two cultures, native and Christian and this may effect the tendency to view pagan gods as near omnipotent beings.

The book takes place in two settings. Half the story takes place in the Elven city, and the other half in a different elven forest. This book has more magical elements than Marduke, and the army battle is only one.
Author: Teresita Blanco
Introduction For the last couple of years, I have been slowly, crafting and building up my fantasy world known as Saturnastra. By now, I hope you already read Marduke. Still, one does not need to read Marduke to understand Nalini. Both are their own stand alone book. In a sense, the true protagonist of my stories is the world Saturnastra itself. Throughout each of the books, you find out more about the world, and about the mission Marduke gave to his brothers and sisters. As with my other books, I painted the front cover. It features Nalini and Vaikus. Vaikus comes a bit around the middle of the book, and quietly evolves to be an important creature for Nalini. This book mainly focuses on Nalini trying to relate to the elves. In normal fantasy books, the elves are usually pure creatures who despise humans. I putted this premise a bit on its head. The way Nalini deals with them, will make you wonder if she is really a good person. I was never a fan of making protagonists who are a bit of a Betty Sue. In all my books, my protagonists will have more than a couple of flaws. They usually become more obvious as the story progresses. This is not a true sequel to Marduke. Rather, it is its own standalone story, occurring parallel to Marduke's adventures.Preface The book Nalini follows the adventures of the little sociopath Nalini. Unlike her brother Marduke, she cannot seem to even try to relate to the elves she wants to help. More than once, her little helpful ventures tends to make things worse. This has root in her childish hatred of elves. It all boils down to the elves thinking they are all that, and she being full of herself. In the backdrop of this, is the strange creature Nalini calls Vaikus. He is stalking the elves for reasons that are later explained. The way I wrote the book, you will start wondering if Nalini is a good person, a bad person or a good person who makes bad decisions. Like we all know, the path to hell is paved with good intentions. Nalini intents to help the elves, but often her help does much more harm than good. The book takes place in two settings. Half the story takes place in the Elven city, and the other half in a different elven forest. This book has more magical elements than Marduke, and the army battle is only one. I also go into details on how apotheosis works in this world. Apotheosis is basically how a normal person can turn into a God. Aside from elves, I also had fairies, nymphs, two Gods, and two demons. I also explain how demonic possession works in this world, and the relationship between demons and magic users. Nalini is a different beast from Marduke, and I try to keep the action and scenes fresh. I am not the sort of person who enjoys repetition.
